江蘇 //40crnimo特殊鋼 省鋼材產(chǎn)量分析
江蘇省是中國(guó)鋼材生產(chǎn)大省,粗鋼產(chǎn)量連續(xù)多年位居第二,2015年8月粗鋼產(chǎn)量占全國(guó)的13.2%。由下圖可見,盡管全國(guó)粗鋼產(chǎn)量和鋼材產(chǎn)量均出現(xiàn)下滑趨勢(shì),但江蘇省的卻是增長(zhǎng)的,這主要?dú)w功于沙鋼、永鋼、中天對(duì)市場(chǎng)投放量減少,8月投放量沙鋼縮至3.5折、永鋼3折。雖然資源投放量減少了,但生產(chǎn)力度并未降低,且此舉大大提振了市場(chǎng)信心,鋼價(jià)迅速被抬升。在利益的驅(qū)使下,部分已停產(chǎn)的小鋼廠"被救活",產(chǎn)量也隨之增加。由于江蘇占據(jù)有力的出口優(yōu)勢(shì),主導(dǎo)鋼廠出口量較大。在內(nèi)需疲軟的行情下,更是加大了出口產(chǎn)險(xiǎn)的生產(chǎn)力度。在出口的輔助下,本地鋼廠檢修、減產(chǎn)力度較小,基本維持在正常生產(chǎn)水平上,因此,江蘇省的鋼材產(chǎn)量并未出現(xiàn)明顯下滑趨勢(shì)。對(duì)于目前的鋼市而言,化解產(chǎn)能是首要任務(wù),鋼廠主動(dòng)降低生產(chǎn)力度才能達(dá)到穩(wěn)價(jià)保市的目的。
