Anti-IQCA1抗體,IQCA1蛋白抗體二抗孵育(Secondary antibody inucubation):
參考二抗的說明書，按照適當(dāng)比例用Western二抗稀釋液稀釋辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)標(biāo)記的二抗。
用微型臺(tái)式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，立即加入稀釋好的二抗，室溫或4℃在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng)孵育一小時(shí)?；厥斩?，加入Western洗滌液，在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng)洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結(jié)果背景較高可以適當(dāng)延長洗滌時(shí)間并增加洗滌次數(shù)。

A number of genetic diseases are linked to genes on chromosome 2. Harlequin icthyosis, a rare and morbid skin deformity, is associated with mutations in the ABCA12 gene. The lipid metabolic disorder sitosterolemia is associated with ABCG5 and ABCG8. An extremely rare recessive genetic disorder, Alstr鰉 syndrome is due to mutations in the ALMS1 gene. Interestingly, chromosome 2 contains what appears to be a vestigial second centromere and vestigial omeres which gives credence to the hypothesis that human chromosome 2 is the result of an ancient fusion of two ancestral chromosomes seen in modern form today in apes.

When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
