Anti-Integrin alpha 5抗體,整合素α5抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：The product of this gene belongs to the integrin alpha chain family. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins composed of an alpha chain and a beta chain. This gene encodes the integrin alpha 5 chain. Alpha chain 5 undergoes post-translational cleavage in the extracellular domain to yield disulfide-linked light and heavy chains that join with beta 1 to form a fibronectin receptor. In addition to adhesion, integrins are known to participate in cell-surface mediated signalling. 

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。

1、抗原包板：15ug/ml 小鼠IgG-pH9.6·CB液 0.1ml/孔；

2、37°C包被60min或4°C過夜；

3、PBST洗板3次，5min/次；

4、加入倍比稀釋的HRP標(biāo)記抗體 0.1ml/孔；

5、37°C 30min；

6、PBST洗板5min/次×3；

7、底物液0.1ml/孔 37°C 5-10min；

8、終止液：2N H2SO4 0.05ml/孔；

9、450nm 測(cè)定OD值；

10、陽(yáng)性O(shè)D值比對(duì)照值大3倍，為判斷效價(jià)稀釋度。
