噴霧干燥機(jī)是一種可以同時(shí)完成干燥和造粒的裝置。按工藝要求可以料液泵的壓力、流量、噴孔的大小，得到所需的按一定大小比例的球形顆粒。

噴霧干燥機(jī)為連續(xù)式常壓干燥器的一種。用特殊設(shè)備將液料噴成霧狀，使其與熱空氣接觸而被干燥。用于干燥有些熱敏性的液體、懸浮液和粘滯液體，如牛奶、蛋、單寧和藥物等。也用于干燥燃料、中間體、肥皂粉和無機(jī)鹽等。
空氣經(jīng)過濾和加熱，進(jìn)入干燥器頂部空氣分配器，熱空氣呈螺旋狀均勻地進(jìn)入干燥室。料液經(jīng)塔體頂部的高速離心霧化器，(旋轉(zhuǎn))噴霧成極細(xì)微的霧狀液珠，與熱空氣并流接觸在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)可干燥為成品。成品連續(xù)地由干燥塔底部和旋風(fēng)分離器中輸出，廢氣由引風(fēng)機(jī)排空
干燥速度快，料液經(jīng)霧化后表面積大大增加，在熱風(fēng)氣流中，瞬間就可蒸發(fā)95%-98%的水份，完成干燥時(shí)間僅需數(shù)秒鐘，特別適用于熱敏性物料的干燥。
產(chǎn)品具有良好的均勻度、流動(dòng)性和溶解性，產(chǎn)品純度高，質(zhì)量好。生產(chǎn)過程簡化，操作控制方便。對(duì)于含濕量40-60%(特殊物料可達(dá)90%)的液體能一次干燥成粉粒產(chǎn)品，干燥后不需粉碎和篩選，減少生產(chǎn)工序，提高產(chǎn)品純度。對(duì)產(chǎn)品粒徑，松密度，水份，在一定范圍內(nèi)可通過改變操作條件進(jìn)行調(diào)整，控制和管理都很方便。

JOYN-2000實(shí)驗(yàn)室真空噴霧干燥機(jī)（低溫）是上海喬躍電子有限公司與美國PILOTECH公司專為熱敏物料精心開發(fā)而成，整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)緊湊，自成一體，無需其他設(shè)施即可運(yùn)行。一鍵式開機(jī)，彩色大液晶觸摸屏操作，可采用*自動(dòng)或人工監(jiān)控兩種運(yùn)行模式，方便操作和實(shí)驗(yàn)過程的監(jiān)控，特別是實(shí)現(xiàn)了低溫條件（60 ℃）物料的瞬間干燥，為熱敏物料提供了極為方便極為安全的干燥方法，如酶制劑活菌等生物制品，含糖量高的中藥天然產(chǎn)物提取物，不耐熱的高分子材料，遇熱氣化的材料等等。
