LIFENG is professional manufacturer of sludge dewatering containerized plants. For each case, we provide a solution which is going to use portable system or stationary. You will get reliable and practical plants and only need plug and play at site. All procedure of machines is sort inside one container. For best performance we use the MDS/TRP with sludge dewatering machine completed with automatic dosing device, agitator, tanks, pumps included cabling, everything pre-installed. This enables us to reach very short processing time.

LIFENG PSSD（portable sewage sludge dewatering）system is an environmental friendly system with high efficiency that gives a volume reduction of up to 90 % and a dry solid percent of typically 20％±5% in the dewatered sludge. LIFENG is developed for portable sewage sludge dewatering in connection with emptying of septic tanks, service stations, petrol &oil separators, carwash, WWTP, Gully’s etc.

LIFENG PSSD effectiveness is based upon our experience over the last many years of development, where the objectives have always been to increase stability, efficiency and increase the functions of LIFENG PSSD system. A basic description of how LIFENG PSSD system works is briefly described below. 

1.LIFENG PSSD can be operated from the control panel.

2.The sludge is taken up into the sludge cutting machine by pump.

污泥通過(guò)泵輸送到污泥切割機(jī)

3.After sludge has been cut, the sludge is then pumped into the flocculation tank. During this process a polymer is added to cause floc.. Than the sludge flows into dewatering machine after flocculation being formed by polymer reaction between sludge and polymer.

污泥切割后，將污泥輸送到絮凝槽中。 在該過(guò)程中，加入聚合物絮凝。經(jīng)過(guò)污泥和聚合物之間反應(yīng)形成礬花之后，污泥流入脫水機(jī)中。

4.While the sludge is being transported to the dewatering machine, the operator can return the cleansed water back to its source, this keeps the process time to a bare minimum, just one of the many practical functions which makes LIFENG PSSD easy and efficient to operate.

當(dāng)污泥被運(yùn)送到脫水機(jī)時(shí)，操作者可以將凈化后的水返回到原水池中，處理時(shí)間短，這是立豐環(huán)保PSSD系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單，高效的眾多實(shí)用功能之一。

5.LIFENG PSSD could discharge sludge cake directly.

LIFENG PSSD has been specifically designed for operating in restrictive areas, such as in urban and rural situations where traditional systems have difficulty. Dewatering with LIFENG PSSD system has its advantages over traditional systems, where sludge’s with a relatively high water content are found, where there is a need to refill the emptied tanks, e.g. septic tanks.
