錐閥型先導式數(shù)字型比例溢流閥,帶集成式壓力傳感器用于壓力開環(huán)控制。
此類閥有不同的型式可供選擇:
- A型,不帶集成式放大器,與分體式放大器配合使用,見第2節(jié)
- AEB型,帶基本型集成式數(shù)字型放大器,模擬參考信號和USB接口用于軟件功能參數(shù)設置
- AES型,帶全功能型集成式數(shù)字型放大器和總線通訊接口,用于設置功能參數(shù),參考信號和實時故障診斷
集成式數(shù)字型電子放大器根據參考信號對閥進行液壓調節(jié),出廠預調,保證閥與閥之間可互換。

兩級,ISO6264標準,10,20和32通徑
AGMZO為錐閥型先導式比例溢流閥,閥的壓力調整量與輸入電信號成正比。
此類閥與電子放大器協(xié)同工作,見第8節(jié)表格,放大器向比例閥提供適當?shù)尿寗与娏?,以校準閥的調整量,使之與供給放大器的輸入信號相對應。
此類比例閥有不同的形式供選用:
- A: 不帶壓力傳感器
- AE,AES: 同A,但AE為模擬式,AES為數(shù)字式,二者均帶有集成電子放大器
- TERS: 帶壓力傳感器和集成式數(shù)字放大器。自身可實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制,大大提高了閥的動靜態(tài)特性。
- AERS: 同TERS,但壓力傳感器不集成在閥上(帶有遠程壓力傳感器反饋信號接口)。
系統(tǒng)壓力受錐閥芯控制,而錐閥芯又受到比例電磁鐵和彈簧的共同直接作用。
集成式放大器已經過工廠預調,保證了閥的良好性能,閥的安裝和電氣連接簡單,且閥與閥之間可*互換。
對錐閥芯的先導壓力由比例溢流閥RZMO控制,RZMO資料參見F007部分。
帶有手動壓力調節(jié)裝置的先導溢流閥限制zui大壓力值。
-AES,-TERS和-AERS可配置以下通信接口:
-PS,為RS232串行通信接口,通過7芯或12芯插頭向比例閥輸入模擬信號;
-BC,為CANbus通信接口;
-BP,為PROFIBUS-DP通信接口;
對-BC和-BP,閥的輸入信號由現(xiàn)場總線供給,但是,在調試及維護時,也可經7芯或12芯插頭輸入模擬信號。
比例電磁鐵線圈為全塑料封裝(絕緣等級H),且閥具有抗震,抗沖擊及全天侯工作的優(yōu)點。
