1.過濾器網(wǎng)眼堵塞 處理方法是更換或者清洗過濾器。
1. filter mesh plug treatment is to replace or filter the filter.
2.密封漏氣 處理方法更換密封裝置。
2. seal air leakage treatment method to replace sealing device.
3.轉(zhuǎn)子縫隙大 處理方法用工具調(diào)整間隙。

羅茨風機密封磨損問題處理：
The problem of sealing wear of Roots blower is dealt with:
1.軸彎曲或雜物進入密封環(huán)，解決方法清除雜物并且進行軸校正。
1. axis bending or sundries enter the sealing ring to remove debris and correct the shaft.
2.轉(zhuǎn)子振動太大或者軸承間隙過大，解決方法就是更換軸承清除變形影響。
2. the rotor vibration is too large or the bearing clearance is too large. The solution is to replace bearing to remove deformation.
3.密封環(huán)與軸套同軸度誤差大，解決方法更換磨損的零部件。

1.潤滑油不行，這里建議調(diào)換優(yōu)質(zhì)潤滑油。

2.油環(huán)不轉(zhuǎn)或者轉(zhuǎn)動過慢，這里建議進行修理或者更換。
