熱風(fēng)干燥鼓風(fēng)機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
1、具有吹吸雙功能，一機(jī)兩用，可以用吸風(fēng)，也可以用吹風(fēng)；
2、少油或無(wú)油運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，輸出的空氣是干凈的；
3、用來(lái)給特定場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行除濕，保持場(chǎng)所環(huán)境的干燥，間接保護(hù)場(chǎng)所內(nèi)的設(shè)備、存儲(chǔ)的貨物，結(jié)構(gòu)上一般也是由葉輪、機(jī)殼、聯(lián)軸器、軸等部件組成。

A、電壓是否在正常范圍內(nèi),三相電流是否基本平衡。
B、風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪與機(jī)殼間的間隙是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，手動(dòng)盤(pán)轉(zhuǎn)葉輪是否有卡住和摩擦現(xiàn)象。
C、風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)殼內(nèi)或管道內(nèi)有無(wú)雜物。
D、葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否與風(fēng)機(jī)的旋向標(biāo)志相符。
E、電機(jī)實(shí)際轉(zhuǎn)速與風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速是否相符。
F、電機(jī)的接地保護(hù)線和電流保護(hù)器（保險(xiǎn)絲）是否按要求安裝。
安裝要求
A.安裝場(chǎng)合周?chē)鷾囟扰c濕度，應(yīng)合適以下前提：?jiǎn)蜗?5~40℃ 三相-10~40℃選擇通風(fēng)精采，塵埃及濕氣少的場(chǎng)合。安裝于室外，請(qǐng)應(yīng)用雨罩。
B.安裝方法如說(shuō)明書(shū)中可依角度安裝，用螺絲確實(shí)固定于程度而且具剛硬的根本或基座上。
C.安裝時(shí)應(yīng)留心基座是否凹凸不服，假如是，當(dāng)螺絲扭緊時(shí)，高壓風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)臺(tái)可能產(chǎn)生變形！可加裝避震器降低噪音。吸上不毗連通風(fēng)道時(shí)，為防止危險(xiǎn)物或異物吸進(jìn)，請(qǐng)加裝鐵絲剛或過(guò)濾器。

B. The installation method as described in the manual can be installed according to the angle, and fixed on the rigid foundation or base with screws.
C. When installing, pay attention to whether the base is concave and convex. If so, when the screw is tightened, the high-pressure fan may deform! Shock absorber can be added to reduce noise. When the suction inlet is not adjacent to the connected air duct, in order to prevent dangerous or foreign matters from being sucked in, please install iron wire or filter.
