產(chǎn)品概述
ODMC-5CSB脈沖噴吹控制儀是脈沖袋式除塵器噴吹清灰系統(tǒng)的主要控制裝置。它的輸出驅(qū)動電磁脈沖閥，進而控制壓縮空氣對濾袋循序噴吹清灰，使除塵器的運行阻力保持在設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)，以保證除塵器的處理能力和收塵效率。除塵器分為多個倉室，各個倉室逐個單獨清灰，需要清灰的倉室停止過濾，脈沖控制儀輸出電信號關(guān)閉該倉室的氣缸提升閥.該倉室內(nèi)電磁脈沖閥逐個噴吹清灰。

壓差清灰控制方式：以壓差運行區(qū)間為主要控制方法:
定時清灰控制方式：以循環(huán)間隔延時為主要控制方法:
室間隔：一個單元(離線閥與脈沖閥)動作完成后到下一單元工作時間間隔;
脈沖等待：離線閥關(guān)閉或開啟N秒后脈沖閥動作;(適用于離線氣箱)
循環(huán)間隔：兩個脈沖周期之間停頓的時間;
脈沖周期：控制儀完成所有電磁脈沖閥驅(qū)動輸出所需要的時間;
脈沖間隔：相鄰二個電磁脈沖閥輸出驅(qū)動電壓之間的間隔時間:
脈沖寬度：一個驅(qū)動電壓所持續(xù)時間:
