1、以不同結(jié)構(gòu)的多股鋼絲絞合線按特定的捻向和螺距加工而成不銹鋼鋼絲繩作為彈性體,其螺旋環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)使隔振器在各個(gè)方向上形成非線性(軟化型或軟化一硬化型)彎曲剛度和可大變形空間。整體以不銹鋼材料制成,具有高抗蝕能力和持久使用壽命。
2、在彈性變形過程中,因多股鋼絲間的干摩擦而形成較強(qiáng)的非線性阻尼滯后(庫侖阻尼)。減振器在空間任意方向動(dòng)載荷作用下產(chǎn)生彈性動(dòng)變形,大量吸收和消耗系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)能量。非線性強(qiáng)阻尼持性使系統(tǒng)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的正常外激勵(lì)下的峰值動(dòng)力放大因子不大于3,能有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)過載保護(hù)。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)受大沖擊干擾時(shí),減振器的非線性軟化型剛度和大彈性變形能力(可占彈性作有效空間70%以上)使系統(tǒng)的沖擊能量獲得大量吸收并延時(shí)釋放,能有效地削弱系統(tǒng)沖擊強(qiáng)度。
