【概述Introduction】
CDPK-E-MD系列靜電除塵器是一種節(jié)能的煙氣凈化設(shè)備，我公司引進(jìn)并消化國(guó)內(nèi)外_前技術(shù), 總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)備運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)后開發(fā)出來(lái)的新型產(chǎn)品，具有阻力小、分風(fēng)均勻、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、除塵效率高等特點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、冶金、化工、建材、輕工等工業(yè)廢氣的凈化和有用物質(zhì)的回收。
CDPK - E - MD series of electrostatic precipitator is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving of the flue gas purification equipment, our company introduce and digest advanced technology at home and abroad, summarizes the domestic equipment developed new products after operating experience, has a small resistance, uniform wind, stable running, high efficiency of dust collection features, widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, light industry and other industrial waste gas purification and recycling of useful material.
●側(cè)向振打和頂部?jī)煞N清灰方式靈活選擇
●陽(yáng)_采用整體結(jié)構(gòu)，振打傳遞加速度的性能_，且分布均勻
●放電_采用芒刺線，具有起暈電壓低，放電強(qiáng)度大、電暈密度大且不易斷線的特點(diǎn)；由于采用剛性框架，振打清灰力度大，電_不易包灰。
●殼體內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，內(nèi)部沒(méi)有支柱和加強(qiáng)桿，可以避免有突出部分堆積粉塵和妨礙氣流的穩(wěn)定流動(dòng)，立柱采用‘浮動(dòng)底座，消除由膨脹引起的應(yīng)力。
●進(jìn)口喇叭內(nèi)設(shè)三層多孔板，_電場(chǎng)內(nèi)氣流均布，出口內(nèi)設(shè)置槽形_板，以捕集微細(xì)粉塵，降低出口排放濃度。
●采用熱敏電阻帶加熱高壓絕緣系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)控制加熱溫度，_結(jié)露。
