氣動(dòng)偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)閥（也稱“凸輪撓曲閥”），由氣動(dòng)活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥及定位器等附件組配而成。它充分利用了閥內(nèi)件的偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)之特點(diǎn)，讓流道更通暢，且自清潔能力大幅提升。加上我們對(duì)閥座、旋轉(zhuǎn)閥芯等閥內(nèi)件表面的特殊硬化處理，提升了其抗腐蝕和顆粒高速?zèng)_刷的性能，非常適合煤氣化等工藝系統(tǒng)中，用于控制水煤漿、回水、油漿等顆粒狀介質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)和控制。
Pneumatic eccentric rotary regulating valve is composed of pneumatic piston actuator, eccentric rotary valve, positioner and other accessories. It makes full use of the eccentric rotation feature of the valve trim, makes the flow channel more smooth, and greatly improves the self-cleaning ability. In addition, our special hardening treatment on the surface of valve seat, rotary valve core and other internal parts improves its corrosion resistance and particle high-speed scouring performance, which is very suitable for coal gasification and other process systems, to control the adjustment and control of coal water slurry, backwater, oil slurry and other granular media.
