v 本設(shè)備主要由機(jī)架、水槽、進(jìn)水計量系統(tǒng)、篩分槽、過濾排水裝置、計時裝置、電氣控制部等組成。
v 設(shè)備采用不銹鋼制作，每個篩分槽帶有獨立的攪拌裝置，各部分安裝于整體墻板上，結(jié)構(gòu)更優(yōu)化。將定量的紙漿懸浮液注入第1級篩分槽中，各篩分槽成階梯式，篩分槽中裝有篩網(wǎng),各篩網(wǎng)孔眼大小不同，在一定的水流速度下，當(dāng)紙漿懸浮液從一個篩分槽流到另一個篩分槽時,在不同篩網(wǎng)上留住不同纖維長度的紙漿。篩分一定時間后，收集起各篩分槽里的纖維，烘干，恒重后，按各網(wǎng)目上存留的纖維量對投入試樣的質(zhì)量百分率報告結(jié)果。
