l、該儀器是我廠參照了國(guó)外的紫外線儀器，并廣泛征集了廣大用戶的建議后，精心設(shè)計(jì)制造的新一代小型暗箱式紫外分析儀。它采用全封閉設(shè)計(jì)，樣品室采用開(kāi)啟式，并有透明玻璃的觀察窗。使用該儀器時(shí)，可預(yù)防紫外線對(duì)使用人員的傷害。本儀器采用2支8W254nm和2支8W 365nm的紫外燈管，紫外濾光片的面積為150mm×70mm，使用時(shí)可單獨(dú)使用短波波長(zhǎng)或長(zhǎng)波波長(zhǎng)，或者同時(shí)使用兩個(gè)波長(zhǎng)，本儀器特點(diǎn)是全封閉設(shè)計(jì)，可隨開(kāi)隨用，電耗功率小。在科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)中，它可以檢測(cè)如蛋白質(zhì)、核苷酸等的必要儀器。在藥物生產(chǎn)和研究中，可用來(lái)檢查激素生物堿，維生素等各種能產(chǎn)生熒光藥品質(zhì)量，它特別適宜作薄層分析和紙層分析斑點(diǎn)和檢測(cè)。在紡織化纖行業(yè)中，可測(cè)定不同種類的原材料和成品的質(zhì)量，在食品部門(mén)，可檢測(cè)huang曲霉素等毒素，本儀器如需要用熒光分析和檢測(cè)的部門(mén)都可以使用。
