三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、采用單片機(jī)控制，能自動(dòng)記錄壓力及其變化過程，并用曲線描繪出來自動(dòng)打??；

2、采用彩色液晶屏顯示并記錄兩個(gè)氧彈的壓力，氧彈上裝有日本進(jìn)口的旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭,并通過壓力傳感器將壓力轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號，直接從顯示屏上觀察到氧彈在充氧后是否泄漏，以及在試驗(yàn)過程中是否已達(dá)到規(guī)定的壓力降，數(shù)據(jù)顯示直觀、方便、精度高、無泄漏；

3、旋轉(zhuǎn)電動(dòng)機(jī)位于油浴上部，通過傳動(dòng)裝置使氧彈按100±5r/min速度旋轉(zhuǎn)，長期使用不會(huì)出現(xiàn)漏油的現(xiàn)象；

4、采用兩個(gè)氧彈旋轉(zhuǎn)座，可同時(shí)裝入兩支氧彈，便于做平行試驗(yàn)；并在旋轉(zhuǎn)臺底座上裝有葉片，在氧彈旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)起到攪拌作用。

5、儀器在試驗(yàn)完畢后或在查詢過程中，用戶可根據(jù)需要打印出結(jié)果；

6、儀器亦符合SH/T0074-91標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， 增加配件后也可做汽油機(jī)油薄層吸氧氧化安定性的測定；

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. Controlled by single chip microcomputer, it can automatically record the pressure and its change process, and draw out the curve for automatic printing;

2, use color LCD screen display and record the pressure of the two oxygen bomb, bomb in rotary joints with imported from Japan, and through the pressure sensor to convert pressure into electrical signals, directly from the display screen observed a leaky oxygen bomb after oxygenation, and whether in the process of test has reached the pressure drop, according to intuitive, convenient, high precision, no leakage;

3. The rotating motor is located on the upper part of the oil bath. The oxygen bomb is rotated at the speed of 100±5r/min by means of the transmission device.

4. Two oxygen bomb rotating seats can be used to load two oxygen bombs at the same time, which is convenient for parallel test; Blades are installed on the base of the rotary table to stir the oxygen bomb as it rotates.

5. After the completion of the test or during the inquiry process, the user can print out the results as required;

6. The instrument also conforms to SH/T0074-91 standard. After adding accessories, it can also be used for the determination of oxygen absorption and oxidation stability of gasoline oil thin layer;
