血清學(xué)試驗的基本原理是:血清中因接觸細(xì)菌抗原而產(chǎn)生的抗體會與攜帶同種抗原的細(xì)菌凝集。
血清試驗的目的是篩查,應(yīng)增強(qiáng)而非替代培養(yǎng)程序。
單價腦膜炎球菌凝集血清適用于玻片凝集試驗。文獻(xiàn)中還介紹了另一種分型方法,即對流免疫電泳法1,2,3,4。多價凝集血清僅適用于玻片法。
