熔體流動速率儀是按GB/T3682、ISO1133、ASTMD1238的試驗方法測定熱塑性高聚伍在高溫下流動性能的儀器,用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物在高溫下熔體流動速率的測定,適用于工廠企業(yè)及科研單位的生產(chǎn)和研究之中。

三、熔體流動速率儀工作原理:
熔體流動速率儀是在規(guī)定溫度條件下,用高溫加熱爐使被測物達到熔融狀態(tài),這種熔融狀態(tài)的被測物,在規(guī)定的砝碼負荷重力下通過一定直徑的小孔進行擠出試驗,擠出物的質(zhì)量折算為10分鐘的擠出量。在工業(yè)企業(yè)的塑料生產(chǎn)及科研單位的研究中,經(jīng)常用“熔體(質(zhì)量流動速率)”來表示高分子材料在熔融狀態(tài)下流動性能。
3. Working principle:

五、注意事項:
★單相電源插座必須有接地線孔,并可靠接地。
★液晶顯示器上若出現(xiàn)異常顯示時,按"復位”鍵。
★正常工作中,若爐溫大于450℃, 則軟件保護,中斷加熱。
★異?,F(xiàn)象發(fā)生,如不能控溫,不能顯示等,應關機,進行檢修
★清洗活塞桿時,不能用硬物刮削。
Five, matters needing attention:
★ Single-phase power sockets must have grounding wire holes and be reliably grounded.
★ If an abnormal display appears on the LCD, press the "Reset" button.
★ In normal operation, if the furnace temperature is higher than 450 ℃, the software is protected and the heating is interrupted.
★ Abnormal phenomena, such as temperature control and display failure, should be shut down for maintenance
★ When cleaning the piston rod, do not scrape with hard objects.
