TCFS-35型防水涂料沖擊試驗儀根據(jù)GB12952-91標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求制造。主要用于PVC／SBS等柔性或塑性防水卷材的耐沖擊試驗

1、沖頭：Φ12.7mm
2、重錘質(zhì)量：1000g
3、底座直徑：Φ150mm
4、外形尺寸：320×200×1400mm

使用方法
三、TCFS-35型防水涂料沖擊試驗儀試驗方法：
1、將裁取得150*150mm試樣自由鋪在不小于4mm的鋁板上，并起放在密度25Kg/m厚度50mm泡沫墊塊上。
2、將沖頭鋼珠定位片置于試樣中心部位
3、將穿孔儀置于定位片上，使定位片正好位于導(dǎo)管內(nèi)
4、提起重錘，調(diào)節(jié)到規(guī)定的落差高度1000mm并定位。
5、按下重錘釋放按鈕，重錘自由下落，撞擊試樣表面的沖頭
6、檢查試樣是否穿孔，試驗三塊試樣
7、無明顯穿孔時，對試樣進(jìn)行水密性試驗。如有滲透現(xiàn)象表明已穿孔。
8、結(jié)果評定：三塊試樣均無穿孔時評定為不滲水。
