【粗纖維測定儀】：是依據(jù)目前常用的酸堿消煮法消煮樣品，并進(jìn)行重量測定來得到試樣的粗纖維含量的儀器。
采用濃度準(zhǔn)確的酸和堿，在特定條件下消煮樣品，再用乙醇除去可溶物質(zhì)，經(jīng)高溫灼燒后扣除礦物質(zhì)的量，所含量稱粗纖維。它不是個(gè)確切的化學(xué)實(shí)體，只是在強(qiáng)制規(guī)定的條件下測出的概略成份，其中以纖維素為主，還有少量半纖維素和木質(zhì)素。
【粗纖維測定儀的注意事項(xiàng)】：
１、儀器由于經(jīng)常與酸、堿及水接觸，且儀器通有220V交流電，所以實(shí)驗(yàn)室插座定要有良好的接地。
２、每次用完儀器后，應(yīng)用濾紙將抽濾底座內(nèi)的水吸干。
３、當(dāng)坩鍋在500℃的高溫爐內(nèi)灼燒1小時(shí)后，不要馬上取出坩堝，小心爐內(nèi)溫度與爐外溫度的溫差太大易使坩鍋炸裂。
４、操作提升手柄時(shí)，注意要小心緩慢提升，與此同時(shí)要注意上下玻璃口對(duì)正，防止操作不當(dāng)而造成儀器損壞。
５、當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)抽濾比較困難，建議使用真空泵抽濾，見示意圖。
６、次使用不熟悉的情況下可用蒸餾水做，然后抽掉開始做實(shí)驗(yàn)。
７、使用完畢儀器之后，好將燒瓶內(nèi)酸、堿倒出，再在瓶中加自來水，將坩鍋裝上，將水分別加入坩鍋內(nèi)，然后分別抽掉，以清洗管路。
８、在得到測試結(jié)果后，為了清除坩鍋砂芯中的樣品殘留物，應(yīng)將坩鍋放入30%-50%左右濃度的鹽酸溶液中浸泡幾個(gè)小時(shí)，然后取出用水清洗后烘干，以備下次使用。
９、操作時(shí)候請(qǐng)注意安全，加酸堿時(shí)候帶厚的乳膠手套和布手套，防止酸堿碰到手上。取出坩堝時(shí)候，帶上布手套，小心燙傷手。
