一、 液位遙測(cè)及閥門遙控系統(tǒng)/ Liquid level telemetry and valve remote control system
概述/ summarize
液位遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)用于監(jiān)測(cè)全船各壓載艙(通常包括底壓載、邊壓載等)、艏尖艙、淡水艙等各功能艙的液位高度數(shù)據(jù)。液位遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)通過液位傳感器對(duì)各艙液位信號(hào)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),信號(hào)采集系統(tǒng)采集各點(diǎn)傳感器信號(hào),并將信號(hào)通過電腦顯示器顯示實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),并可遠(yuǎn)傳至集控臺(tái)可同時(shí)顯示數(shù)據(jù),并根據(jù)要求對(duì)相應(yīng)艙室設(shè)置高、低位報(bào)警。通過智能化集中顯示可以改變?nèi)斯y(cè)量這一傳統(tǒng)模式,節(jié)省人力,大大提高工作效率,可以實(shí)時(shí)通過壓載水?dāng)?shù)據(jù)聯(lián)動(dòng)閥門進(jìn)行調(diào)載。閥門遙控系統(tǒng)主要用于控制各路遙控閥門信號(hào),根據(jù)不同的閥門型號(hào)、功能采取不同的控制方式,與液位遙測(cè)系統(tǒng)配合使用,實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶的壓載水管理。本系統(tǒng)還設(shè)計(jì)了備用電腦操作系統(tǒng),即當(dāng)主控系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障后可以啟用備用操作系統(tǒng),仍具備液位數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及對(duì)閥門系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行遙控操作功能。本系統(tǒng)一般分為三種:即純手動(dòng)開關(guān)型、電腦液晶觸摸型、開關(guān)電腦一體型。

Through intelligent centralized display, the traditional manual measurement mode can be changed, saving manpower and greatly improving work efficiency. The load can be adjusted through the ballast water data linkage valve in real time. Valve remote control system is mainly used to control the signals of each remote control valve, according to different valve models, functions to adopt different control methods, and use with the liquid level telemetry system to achieve the ship's ballast water management. The system also designed a standby computer operating system, that is, when the main control system failure can be activated standby operating system, still has the real-time monitoring of liquid level data and remote control of the valve system. The system is generally divided into three types: pure manual switch type, computer LCD touch type, switch computer body.

1. 系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成/ System composition
本污水井監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)主要由污水井探頭及報(bào)警板構(gòu)與液位遙測(cè)閥門遙控系統(tǒng)共用臺(tái)體。

2.主要功能/ Main function
主要監(jiān)測(cè)各設(shè)置點(diǎn)污水水位,當(dāng)達(dá)到一定高度或者設(shè)定高度時(shí)觸發(fā)報(bào)警板系統(tǒng)報(bào)警,以起到提醒警示作用。
