四、機器安裝
1、安裝準備
1.1設備檢查

隨機文件有:產品合格證、產品使用說明書、洗衣機電腦控制器廠家使用說明書、變頻器使用說明書。
1.2基礎要求
在安裝機器時混凝土基礎必須能夠承受機器兩倍重量,并做好水平.
1.3基礎排布要求
機器的右下部(從裝料門看,下同)有一排水閥門,將廢水排入放水溝槽;右側上部有進冷(熱)水,進蒸汽管口,分別與冷(熱)水與蒸汽源連接。
假如有兩臺以上的相同型號機器并列排布時,必須有一個總排水溝,將每臺機器的排水溝槽聯系起來。機器之間的相對間隔必須在600毫米以上,以利操作與保養(yǎng)維修。
2、吊裝運輸
機器上設有起吊孔,可以用起重機起吊移動機器的安裝位置。如果沒有起重機,可利用圓管墊底滾動的方法使機器就位。
3、機器安裝
機器就位后必須將底部四個腳找平、墊實,在四個腳板旁用膨脹螺絲和壓板將地腳壓緊。
4、電力供應

1.2 Basic requirements

1.3 Basic layout requirements
The lower right part of the machine (from the charging door, the same below) has a drain valve to discharge the waste water into the drain groove; the upper right part has cold (hot) water inlet and steam pipe inlets, which are connected with cold (hot) water and Steam source connection.
If two or more machines of the same model are arranged side by side, there must be a total drainage channel to connect the drainage channel of each machine. The relative distance between the machines must be more than 600 mm to facilitate operation and maintenance.
2.Lifting and transportation
There are lifting holes on the machine, which can be moved by crane to move the installation position. If you don't have a crane, you can roll the bottom of the tube to get the machine in place.
3. Machine installation

4. Power supply
This machine requires a power supply with a rated frequency of 50HZ and a rated voltage of 380V / 220V. 5. Cold (hot) water supply

6.Steam supply

7.Compressed air supply
This machine requires a compressed air source with a pressure of not less than 0.5 MPa. The external diameter of the pipe on the machine is 8mm. It is recommended that users use a Φ8 oxygen pipe.
8.Fixing device
