本產(chǎn)品主體為球閥與蝶閥的結合，主要結構類似蝶閥，而閥芯為部分球體即閥芯取球體實際有效的一部分即密封面附近的一部分，閥座為串動環(huán)體，閥芯轉動中心與球體中心不同心。剖面圖上可見球體的弧面與環(huán)錐面接觸的點與球中心形成的垂足都不與環(huán)錐面剖線垂直，換言之，閥座密封面不是球體的切線形成的連續(xù)面。有反向作用壓力或反向作用壓力大于正向作用壓力時形成反壓差，閥座串動自動補償密封間隙，使之達到雙向密封。作用壓力越大，雙向密封的效果越好。
