德囯希爾頓主要產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口內(nèi)螺紋疏水閥裝置剛啟動時，首先在較低的壓力下空氣和冷凝水流過疏水閥，通過入口孔托起閥片，再由出口孔排出，當(dāng)壓力、溫度上升后，內(nèi)壓上升，推動凝結(jié)水量增多，而增大流速，這時閥片下的靜壓降低，使閥片下落，蒸汽從出口孔中間由四周流向閥片和閥蓋之間的間隙，進(jìn)入壓力室，將閥片壓在密封環(huán)上，關(guān)閉閥門。當(dāng)壓力室的蒸汽溫度降低，開始冷凝，使壓力室內(nèi)的壓力降低，進(jìn)口壓力托起閥片，疏水閥開啟進(jìn)行排水。
Disc Trap
When starting the device, firstly, the air and condensed water will flow across steam trap under rather low pressure, and lift valve plate through the entrance hole, and then discharge from the exit hole. After the pressure and temperature rise, the inner pressure will also rise, and cause increased amount of condensed water and increased flow rate, at the moment, the static pressure of valve plate declines which causes the drop of valve plate, and then, the steam flows from all directions via the exit hole into the gap between the valve plate and the valve cover. After steam enters the pressure chamber, it shuts down the valve by pressing valve plate onto the sealing ring. When the steam temperature inside the pressure chamber begins descending and the steam begins to congeal, the pressure declines in the pressure chamber, and the inlet pressure lifts the valve plate, and then the steam trap opens and discharges water.
