Bilwe Pilot valve type diaphragm valve is ductile material . Valve , the main valve spool , the pilot valve spool valve , internal springs and filters , etc. are stainless steel . Suitable for steam and compressed air systems. Pressure regulator ratio up to 10:1 , accurate control . When the pressure adjustment range exceeds 10:1, the two valves should be arranged in series . DP27G soft seat model for compressed air systems, or other industrial gases (not for oxygen ) . DP27 valve can combine multiple pilot valve on the same main body, used to implement a two-stage pressure control , temperature and pressure control, remote control and other features. Common specifications DN15 ∽ 50, PN1.6/2.5MPa, using temperature DP27 ≤ 232 ℃, DP27G ≤ 120 ℃, pressure adjustment range ( conical spring ) 0.02 ∽ 1.7MPa.
