一、概述：
YKJ型電纜式浮球液位控制器，是利用浮球內(nèi)藏干簧管發(fā)訊的液位開關(guān)，因外部無任何可動機構(gòu)，特別適合于含有固體、半固體狀漂浮物的液體，粘稠狀液體：如下水道處理用水，工業(yè)廢水池及其他液體、槽液位自動報警和控制。當(dāng)液位到達(dá)給定位置時，控制器迅速翻轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)出信號，動作范圍可在現(xiàn)場任意調(diào)節(jié)。
二、工作原理
YKJ型電纜式浮球液位控制器基本部件由浮球、懸索、重錘、導(dǎo)線等組成，干簧管發(fā)訊組件全部內(nèi)藏在密封的浮球內(nèi)。
YKJ型電纜式浮球液位控制器利用自身的外引電纜將其懸掛在要求的高度，當(dāng)液面到到達(dá)裝設(shè)位置時，球體在原地旋轉(zhuǎn)180°，使浮球內(nèi)開關(guān)動作，從而控制線路或發(fā)出報警信號。

四、安裝方式和接線
YKJ使用前先檢查浮球表面是否有損壞情況，再用萬用表檢查控制器的輸出觸點通斷情況，當(dāng)浮球正置時，端子1、2斷開，2、3接通；當(dāng)浮球倒置時，端子1、2接通，2、3斷開。
YKJ安裝時，移動夾持具，使球體到達(dá)設(shè)定的液位位置，鎖緊夾持具，然后將浮球投入液體中，固定好電纜線（如下圖所示）。
YKJ每個浮球信號輸出為一組常開接點和常閉接點，用戶按盒內(nèi)接線圖接線。
干簧管輸出觸電盡可能通過中間繼電器去控制負(fù)載，以延長使用壽命。
五、注意事項
請將電纜線直接拉到控制箱，避免
中間有接頭；若有接頭時，可能不可將電
纜接頭浸入水中！

Four, installation and wiring
FLA-3 before use to check whether there is damage tothe floating ball surface, output contact with a multimeter to check the controller of on-off state, when the floating ball is arranged, terminals 1, 2, 2, 3 disconnected andconnected; when the floating ball is placed upside down,terminals 1, 2 2, 3 connected, disconnected.
