方型閘門

本閘門是由方型門框、閘板、導(dǎo)軌、密封條、可調(diào)整密封機(jī)構(gòu)等部件組成，其密封原理是門框固定于水池方型管道及墻壁上，導(dǎo)軌固定門框與墻壁上，閘板通過導(dǎo)軌做啟閉動(dòng)作，直到閘板上的鍥塊碰到導(dǎo)軌條上的鍥塊，使得閘門密封面緊靠門框上的密封面，從而起到密封效果，另外閘板密封面跟門框密封面都是鑲銅材質(zhì)的，具有耐磨損的特性，使得閥門密封密封性好、耐磨性強(qiáng)、耐腐蝕、操作簡(jiǎn)單、安裝方便、使用壽命長、適應(yīng)性廣等特點(diǎn)。適用于給水排水、水利和防洪等水工構(gòu)筑物的取水口、水池及集水井內(nèi)，作切換流道或截?cái)嗨饔茫浒惭b管道為方型口設(shè)置。此閘門可以通過啟閉機(jī)在平臺(tái)上操作，根據(jù)客戶要求可以配置手動(dòng)、手電兩用啟閉機(jī)，使得開啟過程中輕松自如。
Composed of square door frames, gate, rack , sealing strip, adjustable structure of sealing , this kind of sealing principle is door frame is fixed on square pipe of pool and wall, rack is fixed on door frame and wall, through rack opens and closes till weld block of gate meets with weld block of rack to make sealing surface of gate close to sealing surface of door frame to achieve sealing .Besides , sealing of gate and sealing of door frame are made of inlaid copper which is well resistance ,It makes valve with well sealing ,wear resistance , corrosion resistance, easily operation, convenient installation , long life , wildly usage. It's suitable for water supply and drainage, water conservancy and flood control etc, water intake,pool and water catchment well of hydraulic structures. This kind of valve can through closing date machine operate on the platform .Handwheel , manual and electric with closing date machine which it's easily open and close can be equipped with according to customers' requirements .
