    103型耐腐蝕塑料離心泵,適用于輸送酸、堿、鹽等腐蝕性液體,在*的使用實踐中,深受各界用戶歡迎。
    隨著我國工業(yè)的發(fā)展和三廢治理的普遍重視,對泵的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能又提出了新的要求,這就是:重量輕、體積小、耐腐蝕性能好。
    為此,本單位設(shè)計并試制了一種以J330聚丙烯為原料的新式103型塑料離心泵,在同系列的泵產(chǎn)品中充分顯示了其結(jié)構(gòu)*、重量輕、體積小、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。

用途:
①主要用于輸送不含懸浮顆粒的酸堿鹽體腐蝕液體。 ②泵體材料無毒性。

產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu) ：
103型離心泵為臥式結(jié)構(gòu)，由微型交流電動機(jī)驅(qū)動；泵體材料選用J330聚丙烯塑料制成，葉輪呈單片狀，并采用氮化硅和樹脂石黑機(jī)械密封，軸的連接為螺紋套式連接。
103型塑料離心泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，密封性能良好，終久耐磨、耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)良、裝拆方便等優(yōu)點。
