From:
Cat. Number: RS-2577R
Quantity size: 0.2ml (dilute with pH 7.4 0.01 M PBS or diluent of antibody)
Background: Background: GNLY (granulysin) is a member of the saposin-like protein (SAPLIP) family and is located in the cytotoxic granules of T cells, which are released upon antigen stimulation. GNLY has antimicrobial activity against M.tuberculosis and other organisms including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, and parasites. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
Also known as: Granulysin; D2S69E; LAG2; 519; LAG 2; Lymphocyte activation gene 2; Lymphokine LAG 2; NKG 5; NKG5; Protein NKG5; T cell activation protein 519; T lymphocyte activation gene 519; TLA519.
