生豬養(yǎng)殖場地處偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū),目前生豬養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模為1萬頭,養(yǎng)豬場廢水(豬糞水和豬欄沖洗水)集中排放,其排放水量為100m3/d。針對養(yǎng)豬場廢水有機(jī)物、氨氮濃度高,水質(zhì)波動范圍大,水力沖擊負(fù)荷強(qiáng)等水質(zhì)特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合養(yǎng)豬場周邊實際地形和可用地情況,確定采用EGSB(顆粒膨脹污泥床)—A/O—MBR工藝處理

本工程主體上采用厭氧結(jié)合好氧的處理方式,養(yǎng)豬廢水集中收集進(jìn)入篩網(wǎng)池去除雜質(zhì)及大顆粒廢渣后進(jìn)入調(diào)節(jié)池,利用燃燒沼氣將廢水加熱至35℃,為后續(xù)處理創(chuàng)造合適的進(jìn)水條件。

經(jīng)預(yù)處理后的廢水進(jìn)入EGSB反應(yīng)器,該反應(yīng)器內(nèi)部顆粒污泥床處于部分或全部膨脹化狀態(tài),采用出水回流技術(shù),反應(yīng)器內(nèi)液體具有較高的上升流速,且出水回流可稀釋硫酸鹽及其他有毒有害物質(zhì)的濃度,廢水與微生物之間可充分接觸,能承受較大的有機(jī)負(fù)荷,有效避免反應(yīng)器內(nèi)死角和短流的產(chǎn)生,對于養(yǎng)豬場廢水具有容積負(fù)荷高、處理效率高等特點(diǎn)。

EGSB內(nèi)廢水中的蛋白質(zhì)等大分子有機(jī)物質(zhì)在厭氧菌的作用下首先分解成小分子物質(zhì),然后小分子物質(zhì)通過甲烷菌的作用降解成CH4等物質(zhì);EGSB出水依次進(jìn)入缺氧池和好氧池,進(jìn)一步降解有機(jī)物。然后廢水進(jìn)入MBR池進(jìn)行深度處理。MBR池出水進(jìn)入消毒池,部分污泥回流至缺氧池,經(jīng)投加二氧化氯消毒后重力流至清水池排放。

系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的剩余污泥經(jīng)濃縮、干化后外運(yùn)堆肥。污泥濃縮池濾液及上清液回流至調(diào)節(jié)池。

2 主要處理構(gòu)筑物及其設(shè)備參數(shù)

(1)篩網(wǎng)池。尺寸為長6m×寬3m×高0.7m,有效容積9m3,地下式磚砌結(jié)構(gòu),HRT2h。設(shè)置100目不銹鋼篩網(wǎng)1組。

(2)調(diào)節(jié)池。尺寸為長8.5m×寬5m×高3m,有效容積106m3,地下式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),HRT24h。

(3)EGSB。尺寸為¢3m×H12m,總?cè)莘e84m3,地上鋼結(jié)構(gòu),HRT 17h,COD容積負(fù)荷5kg/(m3·d)。EGSB主要包括布水系統(tǒng)、三相分離器、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、氣水分離系統(tǒng)以及泥水分離器。

(4)缺氧池。尺寸為長4m×寬1m×高4.5m,有效容積16m3,地上式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),HRT 3h。

(5)好氧池。尺寸為長5m×寬4m×高4.5m,有效容積80m3,地上式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),HRT 18h。設(shè)曝氣系統(tǒng)1套,¢150組合填料60m3。

(6)MBR池。尺寸為長4m×寬3m×高4m,地上式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),HRT7h。設(shè)平板式MBR膜處理裝置1套,處理量為4.2m3/h;出水抽吸泵2臺,污泥泵2臺,1用1備,單泵Q=5m3/h,H=10m,N=0.75kW。

(7)消毒池。尺寸為長2m×寬1.5m×高4m。半地下式鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),HRT2h。設(shè)二氧化氯發(fā)生器1臺,產(chǎn)氯量100g/h,N=1kW。

3 工藝調(diào)試運(yùn)行

整個工程調(diào)試的關(guān)鍵在于EGSB和MBR池的啟動運(yùn)行效果,因此這兩個反應(yīng)器的啟動調(diào)試尤為關(guān)鍵。

3.1 EGSB調(diào)試啟動

EGSB調(diào)試啟動過程可分為接種污泥、污泥馴化、負(fù)荷提高和滿負(fù)荷運(yùn)行4個階段。接種污泥取自附近污水處理廠的消化污泥并添入少量顆粒污泥(取自附近養(yǎng)豬場廢水處理站穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行3個月的EGSB反應(yīng)器,約占污泥總量的1/6);污泥馴化期內(nèi)采用間歇進(jìn)水,適當(dāng)投加蔗糖及啤酒等作為碳源,啟動負(fù)荷為1kgCOD/(m3·d),控制進(jìn)水水溫、pH 分別在35℃、6.5~7.5,回流比為1∶1;運(yùn)行一段時間后,此時反應(yīng)器對于COD的去除率達(dá)到60%,逐步提高進(jìn)水負(fù)荷,依次為2kgCOD/(m3·d)、3kg-COD/(m3·d)、4kgCOD/(m3·d)、5kgCOD/(m3·d)。運(yùn)行期間定期監(jiān)測出水COD、VFA等指標(biāo)。

zui終反應(yīng)器COD容積負(fù)荷穩(wěn)定在5kgCOD/(m3·d)左右,進(jìn)水COD 在4 500mg/L左右,相應(yīng)去除率在80%左右。此時觀察可知,反應(yīng)器內(nèi)顆粒污泥多為黑色,相較于啟動初期粒徑和密度都有所增加,大部分直徑為1.2~4.9mm。

3.2 MBR調(diào)試啟動

MBR調(diào)試啟動可分為接種馴化、提高負(fù)荷和連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行3個階段。接種污泥為附近污水處理廠剩余污泥(含水率約為80%),在MBR池內(nèi)注滿2/3污水,每天適當(dāng)投加尿素、磷酸鹽等營養(yǎng)物質(zhì),控制膜池水溫在25℃;采用膜通量遞增的方式進(jìn)水,逐步提高至設(shè)計負(fù)荷。提高負(fù)荷階段應(yīng)定期觀察活性污泥生物相、上清液透明度等情況,定期測定MLSS和進(jìn)、出水COD 濃度,并控制DO 在2~4mg/L。經(jīng)10d調(diào)試運(yùn)行后,zui終達(dá)到設(shè)計要求并開始連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
