產(chǎn)品介紹：
廣州iHeir-666水性防水劑是氟系三防整理劑（通用型），環(huán)保，不含APEO（烷基*聚氧乙烯醚），不含PFOS，PFOA，非易燃性，非揮發(fā)性和非丙酮化的環(huán)保氟性防油防水劑。能在溫度低于150℃條件使用，但溫度越高效果越好。能用于織物、無紡布織物、紙張和合成皮革。能特別有效使用于T/C、滌綸、尼龍、壓克力、N/C,C/N,P/C,P/NP等合成纖維混紡物。在干燥清洗后防水效果可持續(xù)。輕微陽性特性使與其它輔料具有其它良好的兼容性。良好物性性能能使其在高溫高壓和高速的等機械條件下保持穩(wěn)定。具有寬PH穩(wěn)定范圍,但弱酸性有助于吸收率。在保持*的防水、防油、防污這一特性的同時，不會對對織物本身的手感、光澤度、透氣性造成任何影響。
iHeir-666(Waterborne Waterproof Agent) is an ordinary water/oil/fouling proof finish in fluorine system .It has many wonderful advantages, such as environmental for human and environment ,no APEO ( octane phenol polyoxyethylene ),no PFOS ,no PFOA ,non-inflammable ,nonvolatile ,and no acetone oxidation.It can be used below 150℃, but the higher the temperature ,the excellent the effect. It is suitable for fabric, non-woven fabric, paper and synthetic leather, and it has special usages in T/C,polyester, nylon, acrylic, N/C, C/N, P/C, P/NP and other synthetic fiber blends.After drying clean,waterproofing effects will persist. As for positive characteristics, it has good compatibility with other accessories.However,good physical properties can make it stable under the mechanical conditions, including high temperature , high pressure and high speed .It has a wide range of PH stability,but the weak acidity helps it absorb. It can maintain the waterproofing，grease proofing and anti-fouling for a long time,so it does not cause any influences.
使用方法：
用量：建議添加量為織物的重量2~3%；棉材料的建議添加用量尚不明確。
工藝：浸軋工藝
· 添加比例：建議添加量為制品重量的3-5％，即在軋液率為100％時，工作液配置濃度為30g/l-50g/l；
· 紡織抗菌整理劑加入料槽，應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆颍?/span>
· 可采用一浸一軋；烘干和焙烘等其他工藝不變。
· 染色工藝
· 添加比例：建議添加量為制品重量的2-3％。
· 紡織抗菌整理劑加入后，應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆颉?/span>
· 加入時須先測試與其他紡織助劑的配伍性能，建議在固色后加入。
· 染浴中應(yīng)在80℃-100℃保溫20-30min。其他工藝不變。
· 紡織抗菌整理劑也可用于輥涂、發(fā)泡、刮刀涂布等工藝。

It is necessary to test its compatibility with other textile auxiliary agents . It is recommended to add it after fixing.
Bath dyeing under 80℃-100℃,holding 20-30min.Other process is unchanged .
iHeir-666(Waterborne Waterproof Agent)can also be used for roll coating, foaming, blade coating technology.
產(chǎn)品用途：
1. 適用于各項天然纖維，如棉、麻、羊毛…等；及人造纖維，如聚酯、耐隆、聚丙烯(p.p)萊卡彈性纖維縲縈(Rayon)、臘酸纖維、玻璃纖維、…等；及以上之混紡、純棉、滌綸等織物。
It is suitable for all kinds of natural fibers(such as cotton, hemp, and wool), synthetic fibers (such as polyester, nylon fiber, polypropylene (p.p), Lycra elastic acrylic fiber (Rayon), acetate fiber, and glass fiber), and above of blended fabric, etc.

包裝規(guī)格：
采用25KG藍(lán)色四方塑料桶包裝，請將本產(chǎn)品放在陰涼干燥的地方，且兒童不宜接觸，避免接觸到口、鼻、眼睛等，如接觸到眼睛或口鼻，請立即用大量清水沖洗
iHeir-666 Waterborne Waterproof Agent uses 25KG square blue plastic packaging for industry .Please put the product in a cool, dry place which is under a normal temperature, and keep away from children . Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If it contacts with the mouth, nose, and eyes, please rinse immediay with plenty of water.
注意事項：
屬于環(huán)保產(chǎn)品,但不排除個別人會產(chǎn)生過敏現(xiàn)象,因此建議使用橡膠手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮膚與藥劑接觸,可使用肥皂水清洗,產(chǎn)品若滴入眼中,應(yīng)立即使用清水沖洗,若比較嚴(yán)重者,建議立即就醫(yī)
