德國ketek是世界上zui早生產(chǎn)硅漂移探測器的公司產(chǎn)品具備高能量分辨、高計數(shù)率、高穩(wěn)定性、兼容性強、操作簡便等優(yōu)點，多次隨美國火星探測器登陸火星，為人類獲得了許多火星上物質(zhì)主要成分的*手資料。目前仍有7年前發(fā)射到火星的ketek探測器可以正常工作。
