      該細(xì)胞是由NilssonK實(shí)驗(yàn)室于1974年從一名37歲的患有惡性組織細(xì)胞性淋巴瘤的白人男性的胸水中分離建立的。1979年來的研究顯示該細(xì)胞在人混合淋巴細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物上清、佛波酯、VitD3、γ-IFN、TNF和的誘導(dǎo)下可以向終末單核細(xì)胞分化。該細(xì)胞不合成免疫球蛋白，EBV陰性；可產(chǎn)生、β-2-微球蛋白，受PMA刺激后可產(chǎn)生TNF-α；表達(dá)C3R；可作轉(zhuǎn)染宿主；表達(dá)Fas，對(duì)TNF和抗Fas的抗體敏感。
