一、 通風柜材質和結構
1、主體框架：左右旁板、前鋼板、后背板、頂板及下柜體均采用1.0mm厚馬鋼一級冷軋鍍鋅鋼板，德國進口全自動數控激光切割機下料，折彎采用全自動數控折彎機一次性一體折彎成型，噴涂表面經環(huán)氧樹脂靜電流水線自動化噴涂。
2、內襯板/導流板：采用實芯抗倍特板（5mm厚）具有良好的防腐蝕、化學抗性。導流板固定件使用PP優(yōu)質材質制作一體成型。
3、移動視窗：5mm優(yōu)質鋼化玻璃，門開啟高度為700mm,自由升降，移門上下滑動裝置采用電梯配重方式結構，無級任意停留，移門導向裝置由抗腐蝕的聚氯乙稀材質構成。移門把手PP一體成型制作，移門旁邊是抗化學腐蝕的塑料包裹，移門的開、閉有橡膠緩沖裝置。
4、通風柜正前方全部為玻璃視窗，有良好的可視范圍。導流板和內襯材料一致，導流板支架由非金屬材料構成。
5、下柜體：臺面采用芯理化板（12.7mm厚）或環(huán)氧樹脂陶瓷臺面。耐酸堿，耐沖擊，耐腐蝕，甲醛達到E1級別標準，背面具有不可磨滅背標。
6、連接部分：所有的內部連接裝置都需隱藏布置和抗腐蝕。沒有外露的螺釘。
外部連接裝置都抗化學腐蝕，用聚氯乙稀包裹的不銹鋼部件與非金屬材料。
7、排氣出口：排氣出口為圓形，套管連接，減少氣體擾流。

二、性能及其它配置：
1、通風柜其他內襯材料通風柜，內部其他材料雙面都有環(huán)氧樹脂噴涂，耐酸堿及有機溶劑腐蝕的，無裸露金屬或不能抗腐蝕和防火的材料。
2、配件
通風柜配有進口一次性成型PP小杯槽，耐酸堿、耐腐蝕。
通風柜里面配件（單口七字水龍頭）由黃銅構成并安裝在通風柜內部。
通風柜控制面板：采用液晶顯示屏控制面板（可設置快慢自由調節(jié)，可適應市場上大部分類似產品）。

通風柜照明：防水熒光燈管，快速啟動類型，安裝置通風柜頂部。照明裝置上面有安全玻璃面板，并且和柜體密封。

4. The front of the fume hood is all glass Windows with good visual range. The guide plate is made of the same material as the lining, and the support of the guide plate is made of non-metallic material.
5. Lower cabinet body: the table is made of core physical and chemical board (12.7mm thick) or epoxy resin ceramic table. Acid and base resistance, shock resistance, corrosion resistance, formaldehyde up to E1 level standard, back with indelible back label.
6. Connection: all internal connection devices shall be hidden and anti-corrosion. No exposed screws.External connections are resistant to chemical corrosion, stainless steel parts coated with polyvinyl chloride and non-metallic materials.
