JOYN品粗纖維測定儀是依據(jù)目前常用的酸堿消煮法消煮樣品，并進(jìn)行重量測定來得到試樣的粗纖維
含量的儀器。粗纖維測定儀采用濃度準(zhǔn)確的酸和堿，在特定條件下消煮樣品，再用乙醇除去可溶物質(zhì)，
經(jīng)高溫灼燒后扣除礦物質(zhì)的量，所含量稱粗纖維。粗纖維測定儀不是個確切的化學(xué)實體，
只是在強制規(guī)定的條件下測出的概略成份，其中以纖維素為主，還有少量半纖維素和木質(zhì)素。
主要特征:
1、消煮裝置采用陶瓷加熱材料，熱效能好，能充分獲得消化效果。
2、所有浸提過程可通過自動放置閥操作，每個樣品整套試驗可單獨操作。
3、內(nèi)置蠕動泵,耐腐蝕，抽真空過濾且真空度可調(diào)，可氣體反吹，加速洗滌效果。
4、粗纖維測定儀可配循環(huán)恒溫水浴，進(jìn)行高精度溫度控制。
5、樣品高度可升調(diào)節(jié)，方便取樣放料。
6、整套實驗過程都是自動完成，無需手動操作。

JOYN brａnd fiber tester is based on the commonly used acid and alkali elimination method to eliminate the cooking sample, and carries on the weight measurement to get the sample coarse fiber
The content of the instrument. The crude fiber tester USES an exact concentration of acid and alkali, which can be used to boil samples under certain conditions, and then remove soluble substances by ethanol.
The amount of minerals after high temperature burning is called coarse fiber. A crude fiber tester is not an exact chemical entity,
It is only under the conditions of the accepted mandatory conditions, which are mainly cellulose, and a small amount of hemicellulose and lignin.
Main features:
1. The boiling device adopts high quality ceramic heating material, which is good in thermal efficiency and can fully obtain the digestion effect.
2. All leaching processes may be operated by automatic placement of the valve, and each sample set of tests can be operated separately.
3. Internal imported peristaltic pump, corrosion resistant, vacuum filter and vacuum adjustable, gas anti-blowing, accelerated washing effect.
4. The coarse fiber tester can be matched with circulating constant temperature water bath for high precision temperature control.
