Apex 396平行合成儀支持多達(dá)96個(gè)化合物可以在四氟乙烯塊內(nèi)同時(shí)合成,同時(shí)也可以在40孔、16孔和8孔模式中選擇合成。

Apex 396平行合成儀在96孔反應(yīng)模式下,合成時(shí)間平均為30摩爾肽,每個(gè)肽20分鐘。依據(jù)化學(xué)合成過(guò)程,氨基酸循環(huán)累加時(shí)間范圍從45分鐘到1.5個(gè)小時(shí)。
