氣動粉塵蝴蝶閥是由本公司設(shè)計(jì)的一種特殊側(cè)推式氣缸和鋁合金蝶閥組成，本產(chǎn)品已獲得國家多項(xiàng)磚利。蝶閥本體由高壓鋁合金閥體、可變形耐磨膠圈、高分子復(fù)合蝶閥組成。是關(guān)閉料箱、料斗以及裝有粉狀或顆粒狀物料等筒倉的理想產(chǎn)品，被廣泛應(yīng)用于混凝土攪拌站水泥粉傳輸、鋼廠重力除塵等領(lǐng)域。由于此閥門的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)以及工程材料的運(yùn)用，它始終是一個(gè)非常經(jīng)濟(jì)且效的選擇。

?在安裝前請用一層薄液體來密圭寸法蘭。Before installing please seal flange with a thin layer of liquid.

?安裝時(shí)，要將閥門固定在（螺旋泵、輸送帶、振動進(jìn)料倉或類似裝置）上，請使用足夠長的柱頭螺栓連接上部連接法蘭、閥門自身以及下部連接法蘭，不得使閥門內(nèi)部螺栓受力，否則可能會造成兩個(gè)閥體分裂、損壞閥門。

? 常見故障及解決方案Fault and solutions

—、閥門不含§開啟或直開啟 The valve can not open or has been turned
1.1物料凝結(jié)成團(tuán)塊	拆除閥門清潔并重新安裝

1.2閥板承受的重量過大	減輕料箱中的物重

二、閥門泄漏關(guān)不嚴(yán) Valve leakage is not closed tightly
2.1閥門不能關(guān)閉	把限位螺栓松出1圈，或多圈。
