  • BJT酸霧凈化塔

    設(shè)備原理:對于腐蝕性氣體(如酸、堿性廢氣)的治理,目前多采用液體吸收法治理。采用液體吸收法治理該廢氣,關(guān)鍵在于凈化設(shè)備的選擇。目前,我公司自主開發(fā)了凈化效率高、操作管理簡單、使用壽命長的酸、堿性廢氣凈化工藝與設(shè)備。該工藝與產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、能耗低、凈化效率高和適用范圍廣的特點(diǎn),能有效去除氣體(HCl)、氟化氫氣體(HF)、氨氣(NH3)、硫酸霧(H?SO。)、鉻酸霧(CrO,)、氰氫酸氣體(HCN)、堿蒸氣(NaOH)、硫化氫氣體(H2S)、福爾馬林(HCHO)等水溶性氣體。酸霧廢氣由風(fēng)管引入凈化塔,經(jīng)過填料層,廢氣與氫氧化鈉吸收液進(jìn)行氣液兩相充分接觸吸收中和反應(yīng),酸霧廢氣經(jīng)過凈化后,再經(jīng)除霧板脫水除霧后由風(fēng)機(jī)排入大氣。吸收液在塔底經(jīng)水泵增壓后在塔頂噴淋而下,最后回流至塔底循環(huán)使用。凈化后的酸霧廢氣達(dá)到廣東省地方排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的排放要求,低于國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
    設(shè)備特點(diǎn): 本設(shè)備采用填料塔對廢氣進(jìn)行凈化,適合于連續(xù)和間歇排放廢氣的治理;工藝簡單,管理、操作及維修相當(dāng)方便簡潔,不會對車間的生產(chǎn)造成任何影響;適用范圍廣,可同時凈化多種污染物;壓降較低,操作彈性大,且具有很好的除霧性能;塔體可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況采用FRP/PP/PVC/SUS等材料制作;填料采用高效、低阻的鮑爾環(huán),可地去除氣體中的異味、有害物質(zhì)等。

The exhaust gas and the sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted by the gas-liquid two-phase to absorb the neutralization reaction, and the acid mist exhaust gas is purified, and then dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate. After the bottom of the tower is pressurized by the water pump, the absorption liquid is sprayed on the top of the tower, and finally returned to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the national emission standard.
