GFC系列 氣體質(zhì)量流量控制器將節(jié)流裝置和直管傳感器結(jié)合在一起，能夠精確可靠地測量流量。它不受溫度和壓力變化的影響。GFC質(zhì)量流量控制器帶有PID調(diào)節(jié)和控制閥門能夠保持流量恒定，流量設(shè)定點(diǎn)可以在現(xiàn)場或遠(yuǎn)程采用電位計通過0-5VDC或4-20mA信號來設(shè)置。采用3位半數(shù)顯顯示氣體流量，可90度旋轉(zhuǎn)的LCD顯示。和GFT悉尼流量積算器配合使用可積算流量。GFC帶有NIST溯源證書。
