產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn) PRODUCT FEATURES:

ul換氣式老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)本機(jī)適用于橡膠、塑膠、人造皮革及其他化學(xué)合成產(chǎn)品測試其材質(zhì)之老化，延伸率、抗張力等變化情形；
    ul換氣式老化試驗(yàn)機(jī)本機(jī)在試驗(yàn)電線電纜絕緣體或被覆之橡塑膠試片，以比較試片老化前與老化后之抗拉強(qiáng)度及伸長率，本機(jī)以熱風(fēng)循環(huán)方式，促使試片老化，內(nèi)箱密閉性佳，具有抽換內(nèi)箱空氣裝置，設(shè)有超溫自動(dòng)切斷保護(hù)。

l 采用高精度微電腦控制器，智慧型PID自動(dòng)控制加溫系統(tǒng)，控溫精度高。

l 多翼離心風(fēng)輪，強(qiáng)制送風(fēng)，確保實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)內(nèi)部溫度均勻穩(wěn)定。

l 懸掛架與隔層架可自由拆裝，懸掛架轉(zhuǎn)速10r/m。

l 附數(shù)顯瓦特小時(shí)計(jì)及計(jì)時(shí)器，具換氣量測試功能。

l 采用簡便換氣量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)，可方便調(diào)節(jié)新鮮空氣的換氣量。

l 觀測視窗明亮寬廣，方便觀察實(shí)驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品情況

l 內(nèi)箱采用不銹鋼鏡面處理，外箱采用電解板靜電噴涂。

This tester is designed to test rubber & plastic specimens of cord's insulator or jacket。The tensile strength，elongation and hardness of dumbbell specimens before / after aging can be compared。This tester uses hot-air-circulation to make specimens aging。Its interior is sealed well and it is equipped with the induced draft device & auto shut-off protection if over-heated。Inner air is changeable。Also can be used as a drying oven by introducing web-frame。
