用途:生化研究。膠凝劑。Phytagel是從假單胞菌分泌而來(lái)的一種瓊脂的替代物,是葡萄糖醛酸、鼠李糖和葡萄糖的混合物,具有無(wú)色、透亮和高韌性的特點(diǎn),是配制植物組織培養(yǎng)基和微生物培養(yǎng)基的主要成分。由于其克服了傳統(tǒng)瓊脂在植物組織培養(yǎng)中的固有缺陷為植物學(xué)研究帶來(lái)了一場(chǎng)新的革命,已經(jīng)成為了*的植物組培*產(chǎn)品。
