【粗纖維測定儀操作前準備】：
1、檢查儀器電源和水的連接。
2、樣品處理，脂肪含量超過10%的樣品先經(jīng)脫脂。
3、將坩鍋用蒸餾水洗凈，使其不帶任何雜質(zhì)，并將其置于恒溫箱內(nèi)，在溫度100℃烘30分鐘，然后移入干燥器冷卻室溫，并將其標號備用。

【酸堿水注意事項】：1、儀器由于經(jīng)常與酸、堿及水接觸，故定要有良好的接地。
2、注意坩鍋的安裝，可加水查看是否漏液，再加酸或堿。
3、6個坩鍋可單獨使用。
4、儀器使用后，要將燒瓶內(nèi)酸堿到出，加入自來水，將沒用過的坩鍋裝在用后的管路位置上，加水抽濾以清洗管路，延長儀器使用壽命。
5、儀器用完且清洗后，將抽濾座和消煮管下套內(nèi)密封圈取下用水清洗，如發(fā)現(xiàn)其表面有腐蝕的白色痕跡，可翻轉(zhuǎn)使用。
