According to the principle of gas booster pump, the hydraulic station is used to provide power source for the liquid driven booster pump, so as to pressurize some inert gases such as air, nitrogen, argon, etc. like the gas booster pump. The hydraulic pressure is directly proportional to the output pressure. Through the adjustment of hydraulic pressure, the output pressure can be adjusted steplessly. When the pressure in the hydraulic drive area is balanced with the output pressure, the hydraulic pump will start the overflow valve to overflow automatically, and the output pressure is also stable at the preset pressure. If the system pressure drops due to leakage, the hydraulic pump will automatically supplement the pressure for pressure compensation. In terms of control, PLC or single-chip computer can be used for supporting control. The whole system has the characteristics of simple operation, safety and reliability.
