安全閥的說明:
Ga49H-4 Dn25安全閥主要用于電站鍋爐、壓力窗口及減溫減壓裝置等設(shè)備,有效防止壓力超過允許壓力值 ,保證設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行。

Ga49H-4 Dn25安全閥結(jié)構(gòu)簡述:
1:通過杠桿和重錘來平衡閥瓣壓力,達(dá)到閥門始終密封的狀態(tài),移動重錘的位置和改變重錘重量以達(dá)要求的起跳壓力。
2:密封面用鐵基鉻鎳不銹鋼堆焊而成,閥瓣經(jīng)熱處理,提高了耐磨性和抗沖蝕性。

Structure briefing
1:The pressure of the disc is balanced through the lever and heavy hammer and the valve is ensured seal by moving the position of heavy hammer and changing weight of heavy hammer to reach the required set pressure.
2:The sealed surface is made of Fe base stainless steel by overlaying welding.Through thermal treatment,the wear resistance and anti-erosion of disc is improved.
3:At the top of valve is equipped and electromagnet to open and another to close the valve.The actions of the mechanism and the electric appliance are separate and will not affect each other.
Ga49H-4 Dn25安全閥安裝說明:
1:本青島安全閥閥門應(yīng)與A49H-4型主安全閥進(jìn)行配套使用。
2:脈沖安全閥安裝時(shí)應(yīng)是垂直的安全狀態(tài),杠桿應(yīng)保持水平、與導(dǎo)向叉兩我沒忘記 面間隙要均勻。
3:脈沖安全閥在安裝前首要工作是先沖洗干道管路。
4:脈沖安全閥引出管與主安全閥入口管間應(yīng)保持一定的距離 ,電接點(diǎn)壓力表和主安全閥入口管間的距離 ,不得小于5倍主安全閥入口管徑,以避免主安全閥動作時(shí),受排汽影響電接點(diǎn)壓力表和脈沖安全閥工作的正確性。(本資料由青島匯豐水暖器材有限公司整理)
Installation instruction
1.This valve shall be used with main safety valve a49H-4 together.
2:Impulse safety valve shall be installed vertically and the lever shall be kept level.The clearance from the lever to both sides of guide fork shall be even.
3:The popeline shall be washed clean before installing impulse safety valve.
4:A long distance between the leading pope of the impulse safety valve and the inler pipe of the main safety valve shall be kept.And the distance between the electric contact pressure meter and the inlet pipe of the
main safety valve shall be no less than 5 times of the diameter of the inlet pipr,for feat that the validity of themeter and the impulse safety valve may be affected by the steam releasing process of the main safety valve.
