YPGL水平圓盤(pán)式過(guò)濾機(jī)系引進(jìn)德國(guó)公司制造技術(shù)，經(jīng)我公司消化吸收，并綜合我國(guó)國(guó)情改進(jìn)而成。該機(jī)主要用于過(guò)濾糖漿。過(guò)濾過(guò)程中通過(guò)預(yù)涂和添加質(zhì)量合格的硅藻土，過(guò)濾后糖漿濁度可達(dá)0.4EBC以下。
YPG水平圓盤(pán)式式糖漿過(guò)濾機(jī)除過(guò)濾糖漿外，還可用作葡萄酒、啤酒、果汁、醋、醬油以及其它類(lèi)似飲料的過(guò)濾。這些液體經(jīng)過(guò)濾以后，不僅內(nèi)在質(zhì)量大大提高，而且外觀效果非常好。過(guò)濾介質(zhì)除硅藻土外， 保健食品批文轉(zhuǎn)讓還可用其它如珍珠粉、活性炭等。
YPG Disc-type Syrup Filter is ameliorated by our national condition, which fetch in German companies’ manufacturing technology and absorbed by our company. This machine mainly uses in filtering the syrup. Through precoating and adding qualified diatomite，the turbidities of the filtered syrup can be low as 0.4EBC.
Besides filtering syrup, PG Disc-type Syrup Filter can also filter wine, beer, juice, vinegar, soy sauce and other similar beverages. Not only the internal quality, but also the appearance are greatly improved after filtering. Besides diatomite, perlite, active carbon and so on are also available to be the filtration medium.

● 清洗濾網(wǎng)，不用拆卸濾盤(pán)，可在機(jī)體內(nèi)進(jìn)行。

● 本機(jī)可間隙過(guò)濾，而濾餅不會(huì)脫落，有利于生產(chǎn)安排，過(guò)濾時(shí)不受停電等因素影響。

設(shè)計(jì)理念
白酒渾濁原因：低度白酒生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中普遍存在酒業(yè)呈現(xiàn)乳白色渾濁，
白色透明度低等現(xiàn)象，據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，引起這種渾濁現(xiàn)象的物質(zhì)主要
是由于九中所含的高級(jí)捉放蒜累過(guò)多引起的（這是指碳元素為16-
18的脂肪酸一直，如棕櫚酸乙酯。油酸乙酯和亞酸乙酯等）
高級(jí)脂肪酸的特性：能溶于酒精，而不溶于水，它隨著
酒精濃度和濕度的降低，其溶解度相應(yīng)變小，達(dá)到一定程度是（如溫度低于-10度），
高級(jí)脂肪酸類(lèi)將因溶解度降低而析出，從而引起渾濁。解決白酒渾濁的的技術(shù)措施：
冷凍過(guò)濾法去除白色絮狀物把酒液溫度降至零下，酒液中就會(huì)出現(xiàn)白色絮狀物，析出
結(jié)晶，然后在低溫條件下進(jìn)行過(guò)濾，出去沉淀物，得到請(qǐng)透明的白酒。
工作原理：
直接將援救通過(guò)兩級(jí)交換器進(jìn)行制冷，有螺桿制冷劑提供冷量，將22度左右的液體直接
降溫至-19度，降溫后的液體再經(jīng)過(guò)濾機(jī)進(jìn)行兩級(jí)過(guò)濾，從而達(dá)到清透之目的。

working principle:
