德國(guó)*液壓泵東莞特約經(jīng)銷商。博士力士樂PV7型液壓泵是先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵。 Rexroth先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵的Z大工作壓力160bar和Z大流量270 l/min,它主要由泵體 、轉(zhuǎn)子 、葉片、定子環(huán)、壓力控制器和調(diào)節(jié)螺栓組成。博士力士樂先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵的特點(diǎn):低工作噪音;由于液壓動(dòng)壓潤(rùn)滑的滑動(dòng)軸承而擁有長(zhǎng)的軸承壽命; 擁有壓力控制和流量控制的可能性;很小的磁滯;極短的上調(diào)和下調(diào)時(shí)間。

【詳細(xì)說明】

博士力士樂先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵的安裝和連接尺寸符合:VDMA 24560第1部分和ISO 3019/2;適用于HETG和 HEES介質(zhì);標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的PV7系列的泵能以多種形式組合成多聯(lián)泵;PV7泵同樣能與內(nèi)嚙合齒輪泵、外嚙合齒輪泵、軸向柱塞泵 和徑向柱塞泵組合。博士力士樂PV7系列先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵的工作原理及功能如下:

博士力士樂PV7型液壓泵是變量葉片泵。主要由泵體(1)、轉(zhuǎn)子(2)、葉片(3)、定子環(huán)(4)、壓力控制器(5)和調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(6)組成。圓形的定子環(huán)(4)夾持在小調(diào)節(jié)活塞(10) 和大調(diào)節(jié)活塞(11)之間。此環(huán)的第三個(gè)接觸點(diǎn)是高度調(diào)節(jié)螺栓(7)。 被驅(qū)動(dòng)的轉(zhuǎn)子(2)在定子環(huán)(4)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。轉(zhuǎn)子槽內(nèi)的葉片由于離心力的作用壓在定子環(huán)(4)上。  

調(diào)節(jié):在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)建壓的同時(shí),小調(diào)節(jié)活塞(10)的背面通過油道始終受系統(tǒng)壓力的作用。當(dāng)泵排油時(shí),大調(diào)節(jié)活塞(11)的背面通過控制閥芯(14)上的  孔和系統(tǒng)壓力相連。調(diào)節(jié)活塞(11)的大端面將定子環(huán)(4)壓在偏心位置。 泵在壓力低于由壓力控制器(5)所設(shè)定的零行程壓力時(shí)排油。控制閥芯(14)由彈簧(13)控制在一定的位置。

博士力士樂先導(dǎo)式變量葉片泵吸油和排油過程:用來傳遞油液的腔(8)由葉片(3)、轉(zhuǎn)子(2)、定子環(huán)(4)和配油盤(9)形成。為了在投入使用時(shí)確保泵的運(yùn)行功能,定子環(huán)(4)由大調(diào)節(jié)活塞 (11) 后面的彈簧(12)壓在其偏心位置 (排油位置)。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子(2)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),油腔(8)的容積增大,并且通過吸油通道(S)吸油。當(dāng)油腔(8)達(dá)到zui大容積時(shí),它脫離吸油側(cè)。轉(zhuǎn)子(2)繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),此腔和壓油側(cè)接通,并使其容積減小,通過壓油通道(P)壓油到系統(tǒng)。

向下調(diào)節(jié):如果液體壓力x面積的力 FP大于相對(duì)的  彈簧力 FF ,則控制閥芯(14)向彈簧(13)側(cè)移動(dòng)。此時(shí),大調(diào)節(jié)活塞(11)背面的油腔接通油箱并卸荷。 始終在系統(tǒng)壓力作用下的小調(diào)節(jié)活塞(10)將定子環(huán)(4)推向其中心位置。泵維持一定的壓力,而流量降為零,泄漏得到補(bǔ)償。功率損失和油液的發(fā)熱很小。qV-p 特性曲線為垂直狀,并隨設(shè)定壓力的增高而平行移動(dòng)。

                            

向上調(diào)節(jié):當(dāng)系統(tǒng)壓力降到零行程壓力之下時(shí),彈簧(13)推動(dòng)控制閥芯(14)回到其原始位置。大調(diào)節(jié)活塞(11)承受到壓力作用,并推動(dòng)定子環(huán)(4)移向偏心位置。泵重新開始排油。
