Siha細(xì)胞來(lái)源于一位日本的手術(shù)切除的腫瘤組織。電鏡下可以看到細(xì)胞間典型的橋粒和細(xì)胞質(zhì)中大量的張力絲。1975年發(fā)現(xiàn)有支原體污染,而后被去除。該細(xì)胞整合有HPV16基因組,每個(gè)細(xì)胞中有1~2個(gè)拷貝。
